Increased Rate for Sundays:
On Sundays, you will receive one and a half times your regular rate. We want to ensure that you are rewarded for your work on weekends when you play a crucial role in providing care.
Carer Referral Scheme:
As a Homeleigh Hero, you have the opportunity to earn even more through our Carer Referral Scheme. For every successful referral you make, you stand a chance to receive a R500 bonus.

Carers: As a Carer, you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals who may require assistance with daily activities. Your role will involve assisting clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Childcare: If you have a passion for working with children, we have several opportunities available in the field of childcare. This includes:
Au Pairs: As an Au Pair, you will have the opportunity to live with a host family and provide childcare services. You will assist with tasks such as supervising children, helping with homework, and organizing recreational activities.
Nannies: Nannies play a crucial role in providing personalized care for children in a private household. Your responsibilities may include preparing meals, facilitating educational and recreational activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your care.
Youth Care Workers: Youth Care Workers work with teenagers and young adults in various settings such as group homes, residential facilities, or community centers. Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary: Enrolled Nurse Auxiliaries provide essential support to the nursing team. Your responsibilities may include assisting with patient admissions and discharges, maintaining patient records, and providing basic care to patients.
Intermediate Life Support (ILS): As an ILS practitioner, you will be part of the emergency medical services team, providing intermediate-level care to patients in pre-hospital or emergency settings.
